For years now, I've had this mental block about wearing my hair naturally. You see, when I was overweight back in high school and college, I wore it that way all the time. For years, I associated this hairstyle with that Emily. This week on 5-MINUTE FRIDAY, I'm talking about a newfound appreciation for the woman I am today — curls and all.
