Hey, hey!
Well, here we are. Three years, five seasons, three millions downloads (and counting). In today’s episode of Hurdle with Peloton’s Tunde Oyeneyin, she said something that feels appropriate to share here: We have the opportunity to live in purpose on purpose. Admittedly, there have been so many times over the past few years where things have felt out of my control. There have been peaks and valleys. A fair share of “yes” and “no.” Tears and smiles. Through all of it, I have never questioned whether or not I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing.
This is it.
The hurdlers.
These stories.
These conversations.
I’m here for it all.

I legit can't pick my fav, but top ones are the Jess Sims mashup - the original followed immediately by the Turning the Page one, the Ryan Flaherty one, the Liz Plosser one from wayyyy back when, and prob my fav you've done alone was your Chi recap. I went over to Apple Podcasts to look up the list of eps and holy hell Em, what a badass thing you've done. Congrats on 5 years/3 mill!
I don’t think I can pick a favorite. They are all great and teach me something new. In all honestly I think I really appreciated seeing you include so many more athletes and business leaders of color, I really appreciated you sharing your platform to amplify their voices
