It's a delicate dance, but we've all done it before.

Presented by AG1:
I feel like I’m on a rickety roller coaster that’s about to cusp the top of the first climb. The most dramatic one that made you question getting on the coaster in the first place. Slowly clicking toward the peak. I’m in that moment right before it gains momentum, with my palms sweating and thighs sticking to the orange seat. My stomach feels as though it’s already in my chest, and my heart is beating rapidly. I’m excited. I’m nervous. I’m frightened. I’m OK. Thankfully, I’ve had the month of January to be still and present, set routines and practices in motion that make me feel good in my body so that I can keep showing up once the car starts shaking and I get jostled from left to right.
It’s exciting and nerve wracking, to be in this place. Within the next two months, travel picks up — a lot. Orlando, San Francisco, Singapore, Tokyo, Kyoto, Connecticut, Los Angeles. In there, I’ll watch others run a marathon, navigate my regular work, give a keynote in front of 500 people, shake new hands, find the time to train for (and then go run!) a marathon myself — amongst other things. And before all that? I’m doing something I’ve never done before this coming week that’s been a long time in the making, and that thing (more very soon) scares me — a lot.
But when the nerves pick up, I remember that I have the opportunity to hold on tight. We all do. Fact is, I’ve done hard things before, and I can do them again. I can say with complete confidence:
The moments that test us birth resiliency and growth.
The moments that instill fear are the same ones that provide a foundation for the woman I’ve dreamt of becoming.
Hold on tight, I will. And I’m so happy to bring you all along for the ride —

A friend introduced me to this album last week. Ideal for a cozy weekend morning at home.
I’m Watching: Under Pressure: The U.S. Women’s World Cup Team on Netflix
This 4-episode docuseries debuted in late 2023, and I’m finally getting around to it.
Gear I’m Loving: Athleta Salutation Jogger
I just got a pair of these (and I got one for my mom, too). They’re seriously the only thing I wear around the apartment now, the perfect combination of cozy and warm.
Prompt I’m Loving: What is one relationship in your life that could use more attention or nurturing? How can you improve it?
Quote I’m Loving: “In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.” — Robert Frost
Thanks to AG1 — the daily Foundational Nutrition supplement that supports whole-body health — for supporting Hurdle.
If there’s one super simple thing you can do for your health over the holiday season, it’s investing this. I originally gave AG1 a try years ago because I was tired of taking so many supplements and wanted a single solution that supports my entire body and covers my nutritional bases. Plus, I was popping way too many gummy vitamins. I wanted better gut health, a boost (or similar) in energy, immune system support, and also wanted a supplement that actually tastes great. I shake it up every morning after my workout, and truly it makes me feel energized and confident knowing that I’m doing something good for my body by giving it the nutrition I deserve — including 75 whole food-sourced ingredients, prebiotics, probiotics, adaptogens, and superfoods.
If you want to take ownership of your health, it starts with AG1. Try AG1 and get a FREE 1-year supply of Vitamin D AND five free AG1 travel packs with your first purchase. Go to drinkAG1.com/hurdle.
