Something that has flipped my mindset on my fitness journey has been to keep things simple. The best workout is the workout that I can get done. I don’t need to perform a two hour lifting session. If I only have time for twenty minutes, then I can do twenty minutes of activity. It is consistency, not intensity, that leads to long term success.
I had a very long recovery with foot pain, as it it slowly improved I was encouraged I could increase the cardio activities .
Your interviews are always encouraging and proof we humans can pivot and create our own mind set and continue to find gratitude even in the those unexpected hurdles .
