Love this 🙏🏻 to prep for next week, I’ve been leaning into more time blocking on my Google calendar too and sending my friends the invite. They’ll call me out if I don’t do it…Very helpful and keeps me accountable

We have 3 kids so the most necessary thing is coordinating who is getting what kid where when. We meal plan for the week which was a game changer when we started. I plan my workouts. The other thing I’ve started doing recently is choosing something fun or restful to do each day-small things like painting my nails or taking a dance break or bigger things like taking a nap or a bath. I knew I had these tools and just never thought to use them

I don’t . I guess it’s not good. Job is set the same every week for the most part. Probably pick up something for dinner after work. I cook most of the time. I sleep when I get home at 8:30 am. I Cook when I get up at 4pm. Clean up then workout. Spent time with wife then back to work. What keeps me happy my wife, pugs and my peloton. Simple but I like it that why.
